- Capt Gil Berke here, and I am the operator of OUTERMOST EXCURSIONS guide service. From May thru October I specialize in putting clients on stripers, bluefish, and bluefin tuna. Fly rods are our first "weapon of choice", but we will also use spinning gear when conditions dictate. I've been guiding on the outer cape for almost 20 years, and have had the good fortune to travel to some of the world's most exotic fishing locations.
